Moisturizing Bath Melts

Treat yourself to a sinfully relaxing bath with lots of natural butters to moisturize, as well as baking soda and sea salt to soften your skin.

These bath melts are the complete package! Easy to make and fun to share.

Moisturizing Bath Melt RECIPE:

75g - Cocoa Butter
75g - Shea Butter
1/2 cup - Baking Soda
1/2 cup - Salt or Citric Acid (any salt or combination)
Up to 1 Tbsp - Fragrance (or Essential Oil approximately 10 drops per bath melt)

Clay for colour and skincare properties
Ultramarine / Oxide for colour
Mica for colour
Milk powder (1/4 cup) for extra moisturizing
Substitute sea salt for Epsom salt
Try more exotic salts like dead sea salts or the Canadian mineral salts

Melt the cocoa & shea butter together, stir in baking soda, salt and fragrance. Add optional ingredients if desired.  Cool until the mixture starts to thicken and pour into chosen molds.

Refrigerate or freeze until set. Unmold and wrap.
